Aspect Arboriculture were instructed to prepare a Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statement for a proposed re-development at the former Milford Hospital site. The scheme included 120 dwellings including affordable housing as well as accommodation for nurses at the hospital.

The site is located off Tuesley Lane, south of Godalming, set in the Metropolitan Green Belt within an area of mature woodlands, hedgerows and trees around which the development has been structured. The site was previously developed, having accommodated buildings associated with the former Milford Hospital.

Planning Issues: Tree Protection Plans to accompany Arboricultural Method Statements for demolition and construction phases. Development within the Green Belt. Retention and Protection of mature trees within the development.
